In the past few weeks, we have been looking for the lucky person to win such a great prize from Alone Season 3 Giveaway contest. Over 16,326 entries that we have received, only 1 person had the gutz to make us proud. We would like to say,

Here’s what Jennifer had to say:
“I was “Alone” when I received the e-mail. My husband was at work, and honestly, I almost deleted the e-mail not thinking it was real! When I realized it was real and I entered and won I got so excited. I called a couple friends and they started helping me “window shop” with the gift card, getting ideas of what I might spend it on. When my husband called during his lunch break, he said, “Nice” (He is sometimes understated! Ha!) He and I both need new shoes, so we’ll be buying that. Since Hurricane Sandy, I have been trying to stock up on things needed in an emergency situation. Where I live, Hurricane Sandy hit us with a blizzard, knocking out power. Our furnace needs electric to kick on, so we were without heat. Yes, during a blizzard. So I will likely be purchasing a couple extra warm sleeping bags in case something similar happens again. Living in a rural area, I’ve learned to be prepared for a number of things, and this will help me be ready for the next time we lose power!”
